Employment Visa
EMPLOYMENT VISA
- This visa is given to applicants whose purpose of visit is to take up employment.
- Type of entry: Single Entry for up to 12 months (issued upon authorization from the Immigration Office in Indonesia).
- Validity of visa will be three months from the date of issue.
- Visa is issued within three working days from receipt of application providing all documents are in order.
Required documents which should be submitted are as follow:
- Passport (with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of entry into Indonesia).
- One completed visa application forms.
- Two coloured passport size photographs.
- A written approval from the Immigration Office in Indonesia.
- Supporting letters, one from the applicant's firm/sponsor in country of residence (Uzbekistan / Kazakhstan / Tajikistan / Kyrgyzstan) and one from sponsor/counterpart in Indonesia, explaining the type of employment, duration of employment, and responsibilities of the applicant’s firm/sponsor/counterpart during the period of employment in Indonesia.
- Evidence of the applicant’s sufficient funds to cover the cost of intended stay in Indonesia (Recent Bank Statement and/or Proof of Income / Employment Contract).
- Approval from the Ministry of Labor of the Republic of Uzbekistan / Kazakhstan / Tajikistan / Kyrgyzstan permitting the applicant to travel to Indonesia for employment.
The Fee is US$ 50 (for the period up to 6 months) and US$ 100 (for the period up to 12 months), which must be paid in US$ cash only.
